SHIPPING POLICY & DELIVERY TIMELINES

 

UK orders: FORM aims to ship orders within 24 hours of order placement. If an order is placed on a Friday before 12pm we will attempt to get it shipped same day for Saturday delivery.

International orders:  FORM aims to ship orders within 48 hours of order placement within the following structure:

·       Orders placed on Monday and Tuesday will be shipped Wednesday

·       Orders placed On Wednesday and Thursday will be shipped Friday

·       Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday

Delivery timescales are as follows:

• UK – 1-2 days depending on what time orders are placed
• Europe – 3-8 days
• US & Canada – 3-8 days
• Asia – 7-14 days
• Australia & New Zealand - 7-14 days
• Other areas - most other non-UK areas have a similar timescale of 7-14 days

 

* Please note: All shipping timescale estimates are based on the quoted timescales of our courier companies and we can't be responsible for any delay in the case of an incorrect estimate. 

 

FULFILLMENT REGIONS

FORM products are fulfilled from the following regions:

• UK - ships to UK, EU and any regions not listed below
• Canada - ships to all Canadian destinations
• Asia - ships to all Asian destinations with some exceptions

 

LOST & DAMAGED PARCELS

If an item is lost during shipping, FORM will send a replacement at no extra cost. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping, FORM will send a replacement at no extra cost.

SHIPPING CHARGES

The cost to ship to your region will be shown at checkout.  We try to keep these costs as low and as uniform as possible. However, considering the range of regions we ship to, and the constantly changing courier rates, this can sometimes be challenging. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Any item purchased from FORM can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, providing it is unused and in the original packaging. The cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

WARRANTY

One of the cornerstones of FORM is to provide effective long-term solutions to customers. If you have a problem with one of our products, whatever that problem might be, we will replace it free of charge, or find an alternative to get you riding again.

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN

Please contact us using the form on the contact page and we'll get back to you within 12 hours with return information. Refunds will be processed immediately on receipt of the returned item - please allow up to 5 days for the refunded amount to show.
